With AI reshaping the enterprise landscape, the event needed a creative vision that matched the ambition of the moment. From concept and visual identity to web experience and keynote, the work translated WebexOne's AI story into a cohesive event experience that stood apart.

Bloom began with a provocation: what if the most honest metaphor for AI wasn't a machine, but a seed? Growth, emergence, renewal — the organic processes that have always defined transformation became the visual language for what AI makes possible: not a replacement for human potential, but its fullest expression.

From a data-driven website that guided thousands of attendees through a seamless registration journey, to a keynote and on-site experience that set a new bar for the event, every design decision served a purpose. The result was a cohesive, world-class experience that elevated WebexOne into something attendees didn't just attend, but felt.

For the keynote reveal of Webex's new Workspace Designer, we art directed a transformation animation that guided the audience through the full range of Webex workspace solutions, from intimate huddle rooms to large-scale boardrooms, each building seamlessly into the next, turning a product launch into a spatial journey.
